On 12 Sep 2005, the United States entered into a compact with the Government of Georgia (the Country), which saw the transfer of $295M to a Georgian registered entity, the Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund.

The document describes an agreement between the Government of Georgia and the Fund on how to waiver or refund tax.
