Das Dokument enthaelt den aktuellen Entwurf des von der Bundesregierung geplanten Zensurgesetztes fuer Deutschland. Es stellt eine ueberarbeitete Fassung des Entwurfs vom 25. Maerz 2009 dar.

Wie in den Medien berichtet, enthaelt die aktuelle Fassung bedenkliche Erweiterungen des Filterkonzepts und folglich weitaus dramatischere Einschraenkungen der Freiheitsrechte deutscher Buerger. So koennte das Gesetz auch eine Moeglichkeit der staatlichen Zensur von Wikileaks in Deutschland ermoeglichen.
